SHIPPING

All goods are made in and shipped from Germany, using DHL, tracked and signed for.

 

The shipping costs depend on the country to which the delivery is to be made and can be seen at check-out.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Most of our items are custom and all of them handmade to order.
Please provide accurate measurements before ordering.
Please allow up to ten business days for crafting and processing of your order.

We ship worldwide. Please be sure to provide the correct address and contact number. Tracking is provided for both domestic and international packages. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 4 weeks.


All products are shipped from Germany and might be subject to customs / duties outside the European Union. We are not responsible for custom taxes incurred on delivery. Our shipment will always be marked accordingly.

The delivery date refers to receipt of payment on the day of purchase and is based on the processing time specified by us and the shipping time specified by the shipping service provider. If payment is received later, the delivery date will be postponed accordingly. The actual shipping time may vary in individual cases, especially at peak times.


VERY IMPORTANT: We cannot take responsibility to keep track of your package after you receive an email with your tracking number. Emails will be sent directly to the email you provide when placing an order. Please be sure that your email address is correct. Any damaged packages due to no delivery by the shipping company service or no response from the receiver, we cannot refund.

We are not responsible for packages that have proof of delivery and or signed for. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping company directly and dispute the case with them. 

Please notice that we can’t ship to postbox addresses.

 

 

 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Please e-mail us first before sending an item back, so we can figure out a proper solution. We cannot give refunds for any orders that are sent back without any previous agreement.

 

For all custom-made items, we cannot accept returns.

24 hours after you placed your order, we cannot give refunds for custom orders that are considered to be already in progress.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES are available only when order is:
1. NOT CUSTOM
2. wrong color or size

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 14 days of delivery, without specifying any reason. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for shipping costs when shipping item(s) back for return or exchange.

If you placed an order and changed your mind, please email us within 24 hours at info@underdogunchained.com

Please include a note with your invoice number and PayPal address.


After We have received your valid return, We will email you to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the original method of payment used to pay for the item, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

Any
 damaged packages due to no delivery by the shipping company service or no response from the receiver, we cannot refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Please ensure that you state you are "returning to seller" in the reason for export field on your postage label. You must also state that the item is of no retail value, as we can not accept customs charges to receive your return. We strongly recommend using a tracked and shipped service for return, as we cannot refund/exchange items that don't reach us safely. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, we can NOT refund international customs taxes and sales charges. 

REPAIRS:

We will repair items purchased through underdogunchained.com at no charge for up to 6 months following purchase (under all reasonable circumstances). For purchases older than 6 months, repairs will be subject to a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will always do our best to repair your underdog.un.chained piece. Please contact us at info@underdogunchained.com with a specific repair request to determine whether repair can be accommodated and the associated charge. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.


GENERAL:
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
